50% Elite Bonus
Your Silver membership gains you a 50% Elite bonus* for each flight you take with AIR FRANCE, KLM, Air Europa, Kenya Airways or another SkyTeam airline.
For example for a round-trip Paris to Mexico City in Business Class, you earn :
11 432 Miles according to distance flown
5 716 Miles according to Business Class (50% of distance flown)
5 716 Miles according to Silver Elite bonus (50% of distance flown)
22 864 total Award Miles and 17 148 Level Miles.
* Bonus calculated on base Miles (Award Miles before application of class of service bonus). Elite Bonus Miles do not count as Level Miles.

Your exclusive reservation service phone number is printed on the back of your Flying Blue Elite Silver Card. This service can not handle Award tickets bookings.
Priority reservation waitlist
If your desired class of service is not available when booking travel, you have priority status on the reservation waitlist (provided waitlists are accepted on the flight and/or in your desired class).
This offer does not apply to Award tickets.
Preferred seating
You can reserve one of a number of select seats at the time of booking on long-distance flights.
Based on availability, we will make every effort to accommodate your seating preference.
Priority check-in and transfers
Whatever your class of travel, you have access to AIR FRANCE, KLM, Air Europa and Kenya Airways Business Class check-in counters and Elite transfer desks.

Priority airport standby
You receive priority status on your requested flight's standby list*.
* Some SkyTeam Airlines apply specific conditions
Extra baggage allowance
You benefit from an additional baggage item weighing a maximum of 23 kg for all tickets for AIR FRANCE* and KLM flights issued after March 28, 2010.
On Delta Airlines flights (between Bombay and Amsterdam), as well as Kenya Airways and Air Europa flights, you benefit from an extra baggage allowance of 5 kg.
* Except on flights to Corsica, for which you benefit from an extra baggage allowance of 5 kg.
Access to lounges
Take advantage of the privileged comfort of the lounges(1) at Paris-Charles de Gaulle (2) and Amsterdam Schiphol airports. Paid lounge access is now being offered at a growing number of lounges worldwide(3) operated by AIR FRANCE, KLM and Delta Air Lines.
Until now, lounge access was reserved for Gold and Platinum (Elite Plus) members, but you can gain entry depending on the stopover and lounge availability, the entrance fee varies between:
- 25 and 35€ in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa,
- 35 and 50 USD in the United States,
- 30 and 50 CAD in Canada,
- or 2,500 and 5,000 Miles depending on the zone.
You can pay directly in our lounges:
- by credit card,
- using Flying Blue Miles (between 2,500 and 5,000 Award Miles) excluding Delta Air Lines
Please note that cash payments are not accepted by any airline.
Our lounges are specially designed to satisfy the needs of the most demanding passengers. Many lounges are fully equipped with Internet access, so you are able to get down to business or simply get some rest.

You have access to the lounges when you fly on:
- a SkyTeam flight within France, with a connection on an international SkyTeam flight on the same day,
- an international AIR FRANCE, KLM or SkyTeam flight,
- an AIR FRANCE flight within France, departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle,
- a KLM flight within the Netherlands, departing from Amsterdam Schiphol,
- an international SkyTeam flight arriving in Paris-Charles de Gaulle terminal 2C,
- an international SkyTeam flight arriving at Amsterdam Schiphol in KLM Crown Lounges.
