1. How long is the VoyageurREWARDS online contract valid?
There is no more contract but a membership. VoyageurREWARDS Member Companies will remain member of the program as long as they travel. If after two full calendar years, no flight has been tracked, the membership will automatically expire. (eg. A customer enrolled on 01/06/2008. If no flight is tracked in 2008, 2009 and 2010, the membership of this customer will expire on 31/12/2010.)
2. How long are the points valid?
Points are now valid two full calendar years from their accrual date. You will be informed of the points expiration date on the statement available online. Once a year, the expired points will be automatically cancelled.
3. How can I access the information regarding my contract?
You can have access to much information regarding your account via www.airfrance.be in the Business Services Menu/ VoyageurREWARDS. To acces them you have to enter your ID and password received upon your enrolment.
4. What kind of information can I obtain via my personal webpages?
  • access your statement 24/24 7/7 (you can print it)
  • update your profile online
  • make a retro claim by filling in a form
  • modify your password
  • book an Award Ticket online and have an immediate confirmation
  • 5. How can I earn points?
    You accumulate points on your account for every ticket bought by your company and whose number begins with 057 (AF plated). You always have to indicate your Customer Reference when making a reservation:
  • For internet bookings, you should insert your Customer Reference when you enter your personal info on www.airfrance.be.
  • For bookings via a travel agency, please make sure that your travel agent indicates your Customer Reference in your profile.
  • 6. What kind of award can I get with my points?
    You can get:
  • An Award Excess Baggage Allowance
  • An Award Upgrade
  • An Award Ticket (either one-way or round-trip). Flights must be AF operated with. All taxes are now included. All the Awards must be paid with points. No other form of payment is accepted.
  • 7. How can I request these awards?
    Award tickets can be booked on the internet via the booking engine accessible on your personal secured webpages. Award Excess Baggage Allowance and Award Upgrade can be booked using the appropriate forms posted on the secure webpages.
    8. Can I change my Award ticket?
    You can change your Award ticket depending on the booking class. Changes can only be paid in points
    Attention: changes are only permitted before departure. Award tickets are non refundable.
    9. Are there any restriction regarding the Award Upgrade?
    To request Award Upgrades, first book the seat (in Y class to upgrade to l’Espace Affaires business class and in J or C class to upgrade to l’Espace Première first class) then send us your request using the appropriate form.
    We will contact you to confirm the VoyageurREWARDS Point value of your Award Upgrade.
    If your booking classes are not eligible for an upgrade (all classes except Y, J, C), before making your upgrade request, you will need to contact your Travel Agency or the Air France Agency in Belgium in order to pay the fare difference between your present booking class and the upgrade eligible class on the relevant flight.
    10. What can I do if I have lost my password?
    You can reset your password via your personal secured webpage. You will be asked some questions. After asnwering correctly those questions, you will receive your password by mail. You can also send an email to mail.vr.be@airfrance.fr and request for a new password. This new password will be send by mail on the email address given at the enrolment.
    11. Will I receive any confirmation of my requests?
    Yes, you will receive a mail of confirmation every time you

  • change the Administrator of the Program
  • request an Award (Award Excess Baggage Allowance, Award Upgrade, and Award Ticket)
