Awards will be only issued on electronic ticket* on flights operated by Air France with Air France flights numbers.
* Your ticket number must imperatively begin by the figures 057.

Awards Upgrade
To request an Award Upgrade, you must first of all make a reservation:
*If your booking classes are not eligible for an upgrade (all classes except Y, J, C, D or Z), before making your upgrade request, you will need to contact your Travel Agency or an Air France agency in Belgium, in order to pay the fare difference between your present booking class and the upgrade eligible class on the relevant flight.
Allow 5 working days to process your request.
- in Voyageur (class Y) for an upgrade to Affaire (Business Class),
- in Affaires (classes J, C, D, Z ) for an upgrade to La Première (First Class)..

Additional baggage allowance Awards
Additional baggage allowance Awards are only available on trips departing from or arriving at Belgium/Luxemburg (round trip or one-way).
The baggage allowance is calculated using the Piece concept, according to the number of items, depending on your class of travel. The value of the Reward is calculated based on the trip you make.
Reminder: the Piece concept authorizes two baggage items of a maximum of 23 kg each, for a Tempo cabin trip and a maximum of 32 kg each for a trip in Affaires (Business class) or La Première (First class).
