Access conditions

You can use the mobile telephone check-in service if:

  • you are traveling on a direct flight with no stops,
  • you have an AIR FRANCE or KLM electronic ticket,
  • you have Internet access on your mobile telephone (regardless of your service provider or mobile telephone/smartphone model),
  • your ticket does not require the presentation of special documents for a reduced fare (youth, student, family, couples, etc.),
  • your reservation file is in your name only (you are not traveling in a group or with an infant),
  • you are departing from Paris, metropolitan France airports, or Amsterdam, to any destination except those requiring an API (Advanced Passenger Information) data sheet: South Africa, Algeria, Canada, China, South Korea, Cuba, Dubai, The United States, India, Iran, Japan, Mali, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Syria,
  • you are departing from one of the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy (Bologna, Florence, Milan, Roma, Turin, Venice), Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain (Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid), Sweden, Switzerland.
