Was your baggage late, damaged, or lost? We understand the extreme inconvenience caused by these problems. Rest assured that we will treat your file with utmost care. While awaiting the arrival of your baggage or your compensation, we invite you to read through the required procedure for each type of problem.
Before leaving the airport
Visit the baggage service counter, where you will fill out a form (Property Irregularity Report: PIR). you must fill out this form before leaving the airport.
At home or during your trip
We contact you to set up the delivery of your baggage. While awaiting its arrival, you can track the progress of your file online, using
World Tracer. Please remember that Air France works around the clock to return your baggage as quickly as possible.
Initial 3 days
If we do not locate your baggage in an initial period of 3 days, you have 21 days (beginning on your arrival date) to fill out the "Baggage questionnaire" and the " Inventory form".
